OASIS offers space within 2 kinds of housing styles; there are group townhouses and apartments with shared rooms for interns from across the country and around the world.

 Find a room:   Sharing bedroom space and common areas allows everyone the opportunity to get housing at a more affordable rate.   OASIS provides a roommate that is interning for a business, firm or organization just like you.   Rooms are either single, double or triple occupancy (1, 2 or 3 persons per room).

• Single Occupancy Room - $750 per month (by the semester)
• Double Occupancy Rooms - $500 per month (by the semester)
• Triple Occupancy Rooms - $400 per month (by the semester)
  *Roommate pairs (friends arriving together) are encouraged to submit applications together.
• OASIS offer group housing and classroom rates to University programs.

Amenities:   OASIS properties are fully furnished including utilities, local phone service, basic cable TV, wireless internet access, bed, dresser, armoire, full kitchen with all dishware, cookware, flatware, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, iron & ironing board, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bath mats and coin laundry facilities.   Desk space will be available throughout the house for interns bringing a (1-only) computer and printer.

• Full maintenance service is inclusive of the housing program.
• General cleaning is scheduled by OASIS. 
• Interns are required to bring, linens, bedding, a pillow, mattress cover, towels and hangers. 
• Other suggested items could consist of a radio/cd player, George Foreman grill, portable closets, specialty cookware – and don’t forget a good pair of walking shoes.

Parking:   There is a limited amount of available parking (at each house). Obtaining a space requires an early reservation, and in some cases an $50 per month charge is incurred.

Confirm a spot:   Click on the application tab, complete the housing application and fax or email it to us, so we can check your references for approval (OASIS responds to every application within 24 hours).   Before space is reserved, OASIS must receive a $200 refundable security deposit and $100 processing fee in order to guarantee housing through our program.   OASIS requests 1st and last months rental fees 30 days prior to our beginning semester dates.     **Available space is based on when the $300 fees are received.**

 The housing process is typically completed within 24-72 hours.
