Who is OASIS?  OASIS is an Educational Housing Service that offers students/interns
a hassle-free option to obtaining all inclusive, short-term “semester” housing.  
OASIS supports interns as being a part of the cities educational and social development.

What is “semester” housing?   The OASIS housing program prevents studenst/interns from having to commit to formal long-term leases, where they would either have to pay for extended amounts of time while not residing there or have to sublet to a stranger.   Although arrival and departure dates may vary from the internships exactly, our dates more closely relate to the College/University semester period.  

Benefits:   This is your house!   There are no worries about furnishings, utilities or finding roommates to help defer costs.  Located within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies,
dry-cleaning, gyms, parks, sidewalk cafés, along with downtown events and activities.  
This program allows you to reside with similar University students, which creates a more comfortable and safe living arrangement, in difference to finding random impersonal housing throughout the city.

Parents:   The OASIS “program” enables students/interns to become a close-knit family, working, traveling and interacting as a group.

Internship Organizations:   Internships encourage Companies & Organizations to recognize Orlando as a business and educational resource to influence growth.  The diversity of organizational internships generates an invaluable networking environment.

Colleges & Universities:   As internship population’s increase, Colleges and Universities can further develop the affects of student lives in all professions.   To mold futures through experiential learning has become an important part of connecting the best and brightest young people with the right career opportunities.

Transportation:   There are several reliable & easily accessible public transportation options.  The LYNX & LYMMO Central Station is within blocks of OASIS housing and the
I-RIDE Trolleys can be accessed within minutes.

House Rules:   Implemented to create comfortable and safe living. (non-imposing)

• No Overnight Guests (including family)
• Quiet Hours (9pm to 7am – 7 days a week)
• Doors must remain locked at all times
• Sanitary conditions, basic cleaning and trash removal must be maintained by the tenants on a daily basis.
